How much do we charge?

At The Grange Day Nursery, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden charges. Standard Fees £9.70 per hour for all sessions Minimum booking 2 full days per week or 3 half-day sessions Admin fee £30 non-refundable, payable on registration (covers settling-in sessions and FAMLY app setup) Holding Fee A 50% holding fee of your monthly fees is payable upon registration. This is credited against your first month’s fees

We offer government-funded childcare from the term after your child turns 9 months old (from September 2025) 30 hours funded: Covers educational care only (meals, snacks, and consumables are not included) A valid funding code must be provided the term before your child starts Funding codes must be renewed every 3 months to avoid losing your funded place

Payment Schedule - Fees are payable on the last working day of each month. We accept bank transfers and childcare vouchers Packed Lunch Policy - For allergy control and food safety reasons, packed lunches are not permitted. Funded sessions do not cover meals, snacks, or additional resources. Parents can choose: All-Inclusive Consumables • £18 per funded session • Includes all meals, snacks, art & craft materials, outdoor play items, and learning resources Meals-Only Option • £12.21 per funded session • Parents provide consumable items (e.g., art materials, outdoor play supplies) at the start of each month Payment Schedule - Fees are payable on the last working day of each month.
